Reporting a problem
To help us fix an issue quickly, please include:
- which tool you were using, for example Edit PDF or Merge PDF;
- your device and browser, for example "iPhone, Safari" or "Windows laptop, Chrome";
- what you did, what you expected to happen and what happened instead;
- a screenshot, if it helps show the problem.
Please do not email us confidential documents. Your files never leave your device when you use LovePDFEditor, and there is no need to send them to us. If a particular file causes a problem, describing it (number of pages, whether it is a scan, roughly how large it is) is usually enough.
Ideas and feedback
Suggestions for new tools and improvements are always welcome. Tell us what you were trying to do and what would make it easier.
