This policy explains what information LovePDFEditor (lovepdfeditor.com) does and does not collect when you use the website, and why.
Your documents
LovePDFEditor processes PDFs entirely inside your web browser. When you open a file, it is read from your device into your browser's memory, edited there, and saved back to your device when you export it.
- Your PDFs are never uploaded to our servers or to any third party.
- We cannot see, store or access the contents of your documents, including any text, signatures or images you add.
- When you close or reload the page, the document is cleared from the browser's memory.
Signatures
Signatures you draw, type or upload in the Sign PDF tool are created and kept in your browser in the same way. They are not uploaded or stored by us.
Analytics
To understand how the site is used and improve it, we use Google Analytics. When you visit, Google Analytics may collect information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, your approximate location (country or city level) and how you arrived at the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
Analytics never includes the contents of your documents. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on, and the site will keep working normally. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Fonts and hosting
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. The website itself is served through a hosting and content delivery provider, which may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Information you send us
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and to improve the service, and we do not sell it or share it for marketing. Please do not attach confidential documents to emails.
Accounts and payments
LovePDFEditor does not offer user accounts and does not take payments, so we do not collect names, passwords or payment details.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
